The Cork café where you can find yourself a Dubai Chocolate Cookie

We can’t get enough of the stuff.
Dubai chocolate has become a viral sensation.
This decadent treat, originally crafted with pistachio cream, crunchy kadayif, and rich milk chocolate, has sparked a worldwide culinary craze… one that’s even made its way to West Cork.
The Stuffed Olive in Bantry just unveiled their latest creation: A Dubai Chocolate Cookie. And trust us, if you don’t live in the neighbourhood it’s worth a trip.

The Stuffed Olive bakery and deli, run by Sarah O’Shea and Patricia Messom, is open on Bridge Street, Bantry from Tuesday to Friday 8am – 3.30pm and Saturdays from 8.30am to 3pm.
Back in the city, The Spitjack on Washington Street is also serving their take on the sugary trend: Dubai Chocolate French Toast: “A pistachio and knafeh-filled delight, drenched in rich, velvety chocolate for the ultimate indulgence.”
