It’s going to be a busy summer.
Hot on the heels of the David Gray announcement last week, MCD Productions has revealed that The Chemical Brothers will play Irish Independent Park on June 30th, 2020.
They’ll be joined in the open-air show by special guests KETTAMA and James Holroyd.
Announcing the news, MCD said: “For over twenty years The Chemical Brothers have redefined the idea of live electronic music. In that time, their live show has evolved from humble beginnings in dank London nightclubs into one of the most in demand festival headline sets in the world.”

“All the while, it has adhered to the same basic idea: that the gig should create its own transcendent audio/visual space where the audience can lose themselves for the duration of the set.”
The band’s most recent album ‘Born In the Echoes’ became their sixth consecutive number one album in the UK and they recently released a new single “Free Yourself” from their forthcoming ninth album.
Tickets (€49.90) inclusive go on sale at 9am this Friday, November 22nd via Ticketmaster outlets and online.
