Sunny spells and showers for Cork on Easter Sunday (but temps could hit 15C by Friday)

It’s not too bad if you dodge the showers.
But Cork’s soggy spring looks like it’ll be continuing for the foreseeable, although it will get much milder next week.
According to Met Éireann we can expect a mix of sunny spells and showers throughout Easter Sunday, “possibly turning heavy in some places.”
Highest temperatures will range from 10 to 12 degrees in light to moderate southeasterly winds.
The national forecasters predict further showers or longer spells of rain will move across Munster through Sunday night with isolated showers continuing elsewhere. Lowest temperatures will reach 5 or 6 degrees in the south with light easterly winds.
“Continuing wet across the south and west Easter Monday, with drier and brighter weather in the north and east,” they added.
The good news is that temperatures will climb gradually during the week, reaching 15C by Friday.
That’s more like it.
