Over on Proby’s Quay, Proby’s Kitchen has put together a Hippie Bowl that will elevate your lunchtime to new heights, especially if you’re attempting a health kick in the run-up to summer.
Forget limp lettuce and watery tomatoes, the perfect salad is a symphony of textures and flavours.
The Hippie Bowl is ever-changing so you’re always getting a bold, bright and Instagram-worthy (and even more importantly, delicious) serving of seasonal goodies.
The Hippe Bowl du jour, for instance, features roasted beets and carrots, giant couscous, oranges, cranberries, picked onions, cashews, leaves, seeds and lemon dressing.
