Revel opens this week, here’s a sneak peek inside Clonakilty’s cool new concept store

As if we needed another excuse for a spin to Clon.
Local newlyweds Aisling O’Leary and Forbes Kelly will open the doors of their new coffee bar and concept store at 54 McCurtain Street this week, just in time for the bumper bank holiday weekend.
Revel Clonakilty will officially be in business from Wednesday, March 16th, with tables and shelves heaving with all manner of lifestyle goodies, select clothing, and interior decor for your perusal.
A brilliant spot to hunt for gifts, Revel’s current stock includes rustic crockery and mugs, beautiful bread and cheese boards, interesting throws, candle holders, and vases.
The slick Slayer Espresso machine will be fired up and coffee is by The Golden Bean. There’ll be locally made treats aplenty courtesy of Clonakilty chef Sharon McSweeney of Soul Fix to enjoy with your mocha or americano.
Aisling and Forbes have undertaken a full renovation of the premises, the facade of which has been treated to a smart makeover in petrol blue paint.
Take a seat on one of the industrial-style stools facing the street and enjoy some people-watching over your brew.
