PSA: The squidgy cinnamon rolls are back soon in Ballinspittle’s Diva Café

There’s nothing quite like them.
A big fat Diva cinnamon roll and a coffee, devoured with glee while sitting on the sand at Garretstown Beach, is one of life’s great joys.
The Ballinspittle café has bee closed for a winter break, but they’ve just announced the hatch will be flung open once again on Friday, March 8th.
“We are getting ready to reopen our doors fully for the 2024 season.” owner Shannen Butler Keane posted on Instagram.
“March 8th is our planned reopening date, as long as there is no major catastrophe. We will have all of your seasonal favourites, including our new to the rotation, fluffy, squidgy cinnamon rolls…”

If there’s anything in particular you’ve missed from the Diva line-up you can drop Shannen a DM and she might even reintroduce it for you.
While you’re in the neighbourhood, pop in to Gather Community Grocery for all manner of pantry staples, fresh organic veggies, and Irish-made coffees and treats, and don’t miss a nose around Chalk and Easel across the road, which has just survived a second devastating flood.
