Ooh lala! This wine dinner is *the one* to woo a French wine fan on date night
Calling all wine lovers.
Got a big birthday on the horizon or hoping to wow someone special with a whopper date night? Hayfield Manor is hosting a swanky wine dinner on Thursday, May 23rd, featuring the incredible Château Pesquié wines from the Rhône Valley.
Get ready for an epicurean adventure: the night kicks off at 6:30 pm with bubbly and fancy canapés. You’ll also get an intro from the Hayfield Manor sommelier and a special guest from Château Pesquié.
Then comes the main event: a four-course feast designed by Hayfield Manor’s Head Chef to perfectly complement the specially chosen Château Pesquié wines.

“Château Pesquié is a family estate located at the foot of the Ventoux Mountain, in the south of the Rhone Valley, gathering three generations of winemakers.” they told us.
“The Pesquié style is elegant and fresh, taking its force from the unique, elevated terroir of Mont Ventoux and the sincere passion of its winegrowers. Its cuvees in red, white and rosé are adapted to any occasion: fresh and light “pleasure wines”, more complex and concentrated wines and, for special moments, the parcellary cuvees made with grapes from the best terroirs.”
