On Kyrl’s Quay, a weekly Sketch and Chat brings creatives together on Sundays

It’s a lovely way to start your Sunday.
The folks over at TEST SITE are continuing their weekly Sketch & Chat morning into autumn, inviting Cork creatives to hang out, connect and have a natter over some doodling at the Kyrl’s Quay venue.
“The sessions have proved to be very popular and we have been overjoyed to see the support for the event so far.” TEST SITE crew told us.
“We have had many intriguing conversations around the city and the experience of creatives in Cork City. The mornings have provided a calm, relaxing start to a Sunday morning and we look forward to many more.
“We will continue to host the Sketch & Chat throughout August, as well as carrying out any gardening maintenance to our urban forest.”

This is a pay-it-forward event, so you can contribute in any form by attending or sharing the events with your friends. They will also accept donations on the day to ensure more events can go ahead in the future.
Held in an inclusive, family-friendly and alcohol-free space, Sketch and Chat takes place every Sunday from 11am to 2pm. Basic sketch materials are provided but feel free to bring your own: “Everyone from all skill levels is welcome to come and join; bring a sketchbook, or just grab a coffee, and drop in and hang out.”
