Now you can have Cork’s only mobile beach sauna park up at your house
This sounds like heaven.
Saunas have been used to boost wellbeing, improve circulation and promote zen feelings for thousands of years. Now you can arrange for a mobile sauna to visit your house, so you can enjoy heat-based relaxation at home while the Covid-19 restrictions continue.
The Warming Wagon is a luxury wood-fired beach sauna that can usually be found welcoming visitors on Cork’s coast, where its enormous panoramic window looks onto the sea.
Starting on July 1st, 2020, it will be available to book for private events and can be delivered to your home (once you have a suitable location where it can be set up) for a day or a weekend.

The only rule is that the sauna must be used solely by people within your household and users must follow the official guidance on Covid-19 safety.
“For those of you who have missed our public sauna due to repairs and Covid-19 restrictions and public saunas being closed for the foreseeable future / next year etc. this is a great way for you to get your sauna heat and healthiness fix.” said Warming Wagon owner Tadgh Driscoll.
Tadgh also reassured customers the sauna is “thoroughly disinfected and scrubbed” – not just on touchpoints – before and after every use.
