Now you can buy a hand-drawn colouring book of Kinsale

Here’s something fun for the Christmas stocking.
Two Cork students are producing a colouring book tribute to one of Ireland’s prettiest seaside towns.
The Kinsale Colouring Book, the brainchild of Cork students Harry Tyrrell and Killian O’Neill, will be available from the beginning of December.
Inside you’ll find adorable illustrations of town landmarks such as The Spaniard and the Lemon Leaf Cafe, all ready to be shaded as you see fit.
Studies suggest that colouring is as relaxing for adults as it is for kids, and it may even ease stress and anxiety – just what we need in the run-up to Christmas.
And it’s a concept that’s proving popular on Leeside; The Kinsale Colouring Book is causing a stir on social media (the lads already have more than 300 pre-orders).
Harry, who is studying marketing in CIT, told Yay Cork:
“The book features some of Kinsale’s most beautiful buildings and sites. Each image was either taken and outlined by us or made from scratch.
A percentage of our sales is going to Kinsale Youth Support Services, for the great work they do for the community.”
You can nab a copy (€15) at the Blue Haven Christmas Fair on December 9th, 2018 and the book will also be stocked in The Kinsale Bookshop upon completion.
A book launch is also planned at The Blue Haven for the end of November. Check out the Facebook page for updates.
