More than 1,000 people have bought tickets for a chance to win this Cork food trailer

It’s a €12 punt that could change your life.
And so far, 1,400 people have taken a chance and purchased a raffle ticket for a chance to win a fully kitted-out hipster food trailer and sandwich business started by a local actor and artist.
Sebastian Thommen is giving chefs and budding entrepreneurs the chance to win a food business of their own by raffling off his popular food trailer, Toast Pantry & Coffee Bar.
Launched in May 2020, the business has a loyal customer base of people who adore its gourmet grilled cheese toasties and specialty coffee in Ballinlough Park.
In fact, Sebastian says the business is “pandemic proof” and commands premium rates at private weddings and events, yielding €900- €1,500 per week.
Still, Sebastian decided to list the business due to the popularity of his other passion – watercolour art commissions – in recent months.
Entrants will be in with a chance of winning Toast’s professionally restored 1960’s Rice horsebox trailer, which is powered by super quiet generators worth €3,000 and comes fully equipped with a coffee machine (valued at €6k) and a fully HACCP approved kitchen.
