Brought to you by Eat Street.
Here’s an idea for your next night out with the gang.
If succulent burgers, tasty wings, cold beer, and ample outdoor seating are all the ingredients you need for a good time, Eat Street in Carrigaline should be your next port of call.
An all-alfresco eatery with more than 100 seats, Eat Street is drawing the crowds to The Stable Bar beer garden, where they’re open for walk-ins from 3pm-9pm Thursday to Sunday.
Carnivores have been raving about their beef and buffalo Smashburgers, made with Macroom buffalo meat and O’Mahony’s beef, reared locally in Carrigaline and finished off with a variety of mouthwatering toppings.
Our advice is to arrive with an appetite because you’re going to want to try the boneless Irish chicken wings (flavours include Lousianna, Korean, and BBQ), the triple-cooked house chips, and the perfectly crisp sweet potato fries.
The Buffalo Fries come drenched in Louisiana hot sauce and Cashel Blue Cheese mayo, while true chip connoisseurs will not be able to resist the Eat Street Spicy Fries topped with jalapeno, black bean Rayu, and Fivemiletown cheese.
Eat Street packs as much local produce as possible into their menu so you can expect your burger to be slathered in Carrigaline cheese and served in an Irish-made potato bun. There’s a number of mouthwatering vegan options on the menu too, with a special Smashburger made with a Beyond Meat patty.
Even the milkshakes are blended with artisan ice cream from Fermoy – perfect for a cooling treat on a hot summer’s day.
Grab a table under the watchful eye of the late, great, Anthony Bourdain mural and tuck in for the perfect summer night out.
