Kinsale’s newest cocktail bar just announced a dog-friendly Sunday Brunch

By Yay Cork July 2, 2026July 1, 2026

It’s time to reassess your weekend plans.

If you haven’t already heard the buzz, Kinsale’s newest neighbourhood wine and cocktail bar, All Apologies, officially opened its doors on Pier Road late last month.

Brought to life by legendary hospitality duo Charlie and Bren O’Sullivan, it’s already cementing itself as the spot for epic marina views and pristine summer vibes.

But if you thought they were just about late-night dancing and gorgeous small plates, think again. All Apologies is officially launching a brand-new Sunday Brunch, kicking off this Sunday, July 5th.

The Lowdown

This isn’t your average, run-of-the-mill avocado toast situation. For €50 per person, you’re getting a full-blown four-course set menu that kicks off the right way—with a welcome drink on arrival. You can take your pick from a crisp Mimosa, a spicy Bloody Mary, a refreshing Michelada, a summer Spritz, or a non-alcoholic option.

The best bit? The brunch menu is served throughout the venue, including its sun-soaked and fully dog-friendly outdoor terrace.

Who’s Cooking?

The kitchen team at All Apologies is stacked with serious talent.

Head Chef, Robert Birins has most recently been leading the food program at Cask in Cork City. He has worked at Paradiso Cork and the family-run Lake Hotel Killarney, as well as some incredible establishments across Italy and Switzerland.

Joining the crew is Chef de Partie Jaden Mascarenhas, a creative powerhouse who was named the Taste the Atlantic Ambassador in 2023. Jaden brings a massive global pedigree to the table, having previously worked at the incredible Rare 1784 at the Blue Haven Hotel, Kai in Galway, and Ashford Castle, alongside world-class stint positions at Farmlore (Bangalore) and Ossiano (Dubai).

Alongside the rest of the kitchen, they’re bringing an outstanding knowledge of global cuisine to Kinsale. Expect a highly sustainable, low-waste, and nose-to-tail approach to the food.

How to Book

Knowing how fast things move in Kinsale during the summer, these tables are going to fly out the door. Bookings are officially live on their website right now for parties of up to six people.
