Here’s a fine idea to kick off your Sunday.
Washington Street purveyors of marvellous baked goodies The Grumpy Bakers are throwing a little shindig in-store on Sunday morning, inviting the Jazz-weary public in for some good music and excellent pastries.
From 10am to 1pm this Sunday, October 27th, the Not Another Disco DJs will be on the decks with jazzy tunes while the bakers fire up the oven and fill your belly with delicious sugary carbs.

“To kick start this bank holiday Sunday we’ll be hosting @notanotherdisco and serving hot pastries from 10am in Washington Street.
No matter how hungover or tired you are after two days of jazzing, a Grumpy Bakers Apple and Cinnamon Cruffin, the Pecan and Butterscotch Kouign Amann or their Pistachio and Chocolate Torsade (washed down with a ton of Calendar Coffee) is just the thing to get you back on the trail by the afternoon.
