Storm Brendan blew their roof off on Monday.

Now the staff at Ballincollig bar Tradehouse Central have come up with a unique plan to ensure everybody knows that the damage has been repaired and they are open for business.

Anyone named Brendan who drops by the pub on the town’s Main Street today, Wednesday, January 15th, 2020 will be treated to a free lunch.

All you need to do is show your server a current ID showing that you are named after the patron saint of boatmen, mariners, travelers, elderly adventurers, and… er…whales, and you’ll enjoy a tasty meal completely free of charge.
