A French pastry chef is inviting beginners to join her for a cake decorating workshop in a Cork City pub on January 8th.
Sophie Pham has been living in Cork for more than a decade and recently started her own home baking business, offering bespoke cakes for any occasion.
For one lovely evening, Sophie will be leading a 7pm Sip and Frost cake decorating workshop at Aye on Anglesea Street where you can learn some fun techniques while sipping a glass of Prosecco, and then try it out for yourself.

Each €60 ticket includes the workshops, all materials, a glass of bubbles, a mini size cake to decorate and bring home and all the recipes and templates so you can keep practicing at home.
