Hot Ticket: West Cork chef Caitlin Ruth is cooking a one-night-only dinner in the city

FYI: This is a hot ticket.
West Cork chef and all ’round renaissance woman of contemporary food in Ireland, Caitlin Ruth is city-bound for a one-night pop-up in October.
Ruth will join Brian O’Connor of Brian’s Wines on Monday, October 7th, to treat diners to the first-ever dinner at Plugd Records on Cornmarket Street, where guests are in for an outrageously delicious evening.
“Caitlin Ruth’s cooking needs no introduction,” Brian announced in his Instagram feed.
“On the back of her sell-out, three-week residency at iconic Ballydehob refreshment house Levis, Caitlin will make a rare trip to Cork city on October 7th for a one-night-only menu served over four courses.

“Drawing on memorable dishes and influence spanning her eclectic career, Caitlin is pulling out all the stops for our maiden dinner service since opening at Plugd in July.”
“To accompany the menu, we’ll have a selection of pitch-perfect wines from the cellar available to buy on the evening.”
Seats at the table are €70 a head and they just went on sale over here.
