Hey look: A new sandwich spot to elevate your lunch

It’s definitely cheese toastie weather.
And if you’re craving a naughty little lunch to kick start your week, there’s only one sandwich spot you should be trying out.
Griolladh (it means ‘grill’ as Gaeilge, FYI) has landed in Cork, with two outlets now open; one on the Marina Market and another in Douglas Village Shopping Centre.
The cult-favourite Dublin toastie shop is unleashing its magic on the Leeside foodie scene, with a special Cork-inspired sambo on the menu to celebrate.
“They say Cork is the food capital, so you know we had to bring our A game for this very special sambo.” the team announced on Instagram.

“Clonakilty black pudding, marinated red onions, seasonal slaw, secret sambo sauce and our signature cheese blend on toasted organic sourdough… say hello to THE CORKER.”
The Corker is available in Griolladh’s Cork and Dublin outlets now.
