Hey Ho Let’s Go: There’s a new punk festival coming to Cork

The spirit of punk is alive and well.
And while ongoing restrictions still had a hold over society until this morning at 6am, it only makes sense that the genre is making a comeback.
Now Relapse DIY and Arts Festival, formerly known as Overdose, is bringing a top-notch line-up of 12 punk bands to Cork city- with a female duo leading the way.
The festival will also feature art stalls, poets “and a handful of other surprises”, plus it’s all happening in March so it’s the ideal way to make the most of the brand new extra long weekend.

Relapse will be headlined by renowned Dublin-based Vulpynes, described by Hot Press Magazine as ‘one of the best and loudest live acts in the country’ and will feature performances by The Nilz, Audible Joe’s, Jobseekers, 12 Gauge Outrage, Hashmaker and 50 Foot Woman.
Ready to fluff up your mohawk? The one-day festival will be hosted by the crew at An Spailpín Fánach on Saturday, March 19th, and tickets (a tenner) are on sale now via Eventbrite.
