Local delights include an Ardsallagh goats ‘cheese and roast pepper tart, poached hens’ egg with crispy pancetta in a brioche bun, salted beef with blue cheese and walnut, a herb chicken, golden raisin and fresh tarragon sandwich and another with smoked salmon, crème fraiche and dill and pickled cucumber.

The selection of sweet treats includes the Pornstar Martini verrine (packed with passionfruit to kickstart your weekend), a Bailey’s and strawberry mini roll, a mixed berry heart, and a banoffee choux with hazelnut crisp, vanilla cream and caramelised banana.
