Help fund this village’s Christmas lights by popping along to its Winter Fair

Let’s light up Ballinspittle.
Shopping season is about to get underway, and the charming little village of Ballinspittle is bringing its Winter Fair back to help fund its Christmas lights.
On Sunday, November 12th, Ballinspittle Community Centre will be transformed into a bustling market where you can find unique treasures and gifts for your nearest and dearest.
Diva Boutique Bakery and Leafling Mercantile, the hip little refill shop in the town, have joined forces to put on the event, which will raise cash for its Christmas decorations. Entry is a €5 donation.
With the support of local businesses, artisans, innovative chefs, and creative minds, the market stalls will be brimming with one-of-a-kind gifts and sustainable, affordable arts and crafts.
Some of the amazing traders include Caitlin Ruth Food, Brian’s Wines, Kinsale Mead, Olga’s Own Craft Studio, Patricia McCoy Pottery, Anna Roycroft Crochet, West Folk Store, and artists Audrey Cantillon and Fiona Boniwell. Koko Chocolates and Diva will be keeping the masses fed and coffee’d up.
FYI: Cash is recommended as some small traders may not have credit card facilities.
The Winter Fair kicks off at 12pm and continues until 6pm. After you’ve explored the stalls, why not take a leisurely walk on Garretstown Beach?
Food, markets, and a sea breeze — the recipe for a perfect Sunday.
