One of the biggest new Irish cocktail books for the Santa lists this Christmas will get its official Cork launch at one of Ireland’s best cocktail bars, Cask in October… and tickets include your very own copy to take home.
In his new tome Irish Kitchen Cocktails published by Nine Bean Row Books, spirits writer and drinks promoter Oisín Davis shares 60 cocktail recipes that all feature Irish spirits and can be made with the greatest of ease using everyday kitchen equipment.
Chapters include frozen blender cocktails, fridge door cocktails, whopper party punch bowls, emergency gatecrasher cocktails, and winter hand warmers. There’s even a selection of Irish cream dessert cocktails and a few helpful hangover helpers for the morning after.
Each €20 ticket for the Cork launch party, which happens on Wednesday, October 11th at 6pm in Cask on MacCurtain Street, includes a delicious cocktail and a signed copy so you can perfect your mixology skills in the comfort of your own kitchen during party season.
