Gubbeen are looking for a hands-on cheese lover to help them make their glorious cheese

It could be the dream role for a cheese addict.
The Ferguson family, the famous cheesemakers at Gubbeen, are on the lookout for a new cheese maker to join their team… and you don’t necessarily need any experience in caseiculture (that’s the craft of making cheese, FYI).
The advertised role at the West Cork institution is for someone to help with the cheesemaking, a hands-on Monday-to-Friday job with an early start and early finish each day.
“We would love this position for someone willing to learn how to make the cheese and eventually train as a key position to run the vats.” the award-winning artisan cheesemakers announced on Instagram.
