As the excitement of the engagement subsides and the reality of becoming a professional event organiser sinks in, the lists of the bits and pieces you’ve got to put together in order to make the day a success can suddenly appear frighteningly long.
Especially when you’re also wading through the recommendations and “advice” of couples who’ve been through the ringer themselves.
But now there’s a tempting way to take the stress out of it all. This September, the organised folks over at WedFest are putting together a massive Wedding Expo in Páirc Uí Chaoimh and bringing together tonnes of wedding suppliers so you can get all the important bits sorted in a day.
Exhibitors on Sunday, September 10th in Páirc Uí Chaoimh will include Diamond Bridal and Best Menswear, venues such as Oriel House and Actons Hotel in Kinsale, as well as celebrants, florists, car, limousine, and van hire companies, party bands and DJs, goldsmiths, videographers, photographers, and singers.

Couples looking to make a day of it can get the VIP tickets, which include bottomless bubbles, reserved seating and a goodie bag. Everyone will be treated to live performances from Ireland’s best wedding bands, ceremony singers, DJs and entertainers during the course of the day.
