Get your pre-orders in for this tasty empanada pop-up (it’s all for charity too)

Get ready to embark on a culinary adventure in Clonakilty on Sunday, April 7th when the town’s atmospheric Spiller’s Lane transforms into a pop-up empanada spot.
The West Cork venue will be taken over by the culinary genius Caitlin Ruth, a local champion of sustainable food who will be dishing out her delicious goodies in aid of Doctors Without Borders, supported by the friendly folks at The Olive Branch.

The empanada extravaganza is guaranteed to include an eclectic line-up. Previous empanada pop-ups have featured choices such as duck confit picadillo; oxtail and O’Neill’s black pudding; pulled lamb and chipotle; aubergine pibíl; and pumpkin and lentil as well as an array of sides that will have your taste buds doing a salsa dance.
