FIRST LOOK: Cork’s Ivy’s Attic just launched a stunning new jewellery collection

Brought to you by Ivy’s Attic.
This calls for a little self-gifting.
Much loved local jewellery brand Ivy’s Attic just unveiled a brand new collection online, with the first pieces also hitting their Marina Market stall this weekend.
Hot on the heels of the brand’s sell-out Touch of Gold collection, the Féile collection is now available at ivysatticjewellery.com, aptly named after the Irish word for ‘festive’, marking the return of fun times.
And there’s plenty of fun to be had if you’re in the mood for a little shopping; the brand’s gorgeous new charm earrings, cluster rings, colourful stones and bracelets are as covetable as they come.
“After a challenging few years, there is finally hope on the horizon as we look to get back to life as we once knew it,” says Ivy’s Attic founder Sean Layton.
“It’s finally time to reconnect with our nearest and dearest and there is lots to celebrate! This collection is a little bit more dressy than our previous ones, but each item has been carefully selected to complement our more classic, everyday pieces.”
Whether it’s a low-key dinner with your friends or a night out on the town you have planned, the Féile collection’s 18 carat gold-plated and .925 Sterling Silver pieces are the perfect finishing touch for any outfit.
Whether you’re buying for yourself or someone special, your order will be delivered to you in an Ivy’s Attic Jewellery FSC®-certified cardboard Eco jewellery box. Each piece of jewellery is affordable, sustainable and sourced from hand-picked European suppliers, with decades-long traditions of producing quality jewellery in small batches.
Made in Cork
As usual, Sean ensured the launch was a thoroughly local affair; the campaign imagery was shot on location in Cask on MacCurtain Street by Cork-based photographer Louis Tang with models Evelyn Harrington, Joice Silva and Jordan Dwyer. Hair was by Aisling Kelleher from Polkadot Dream Weddings, with make-up by Jessica O’Sullivan from Portrait by Jessica.
The looks were carefully curated by Amy O’Donovan of Lone Fashion Wolf Styling using pieces from Irish brands Babydoll Vintage, Miss Daisy Blue and Hailuna Fashion.
‘People are going crazy for the rings’
With a busy 2022 ahead, the Féile launch bookmarks another phenomenal year for Ivy’s Attic, which started in 2020 when Sean, on a lockdown whim, purchased a box of vintage jewellery online.
This summer, Sean unveiled the Ivy’s Attic Touch of Gold collection; classic, new vintage-inspired jewellery designed for fans to pair with their vintage treasures, broadening the appeal of the brand.
“The response to our Touch of Gold collection has been phenomenal,” he told Yay Cork.
“People are going crazy for the rings especially and it’s been a challenge to keep the bestsellers in stock – which is a great problem to have! We are also seeing a lot of regular repeat customers. It’s so rewarding to meet people who have tried some pieces previously, love the quality, and want more.”
You can browse the latest pieces on ivysatticjewellery.com or visit the pop-up shop at The Marina Market in Ballintemple, Cork (Friday to Sunday, 11am to 7pm). For more information email [email protected] Follow Ivy’s Attic on Facebook and Instagram for regular updates.
