Finally! Music is back at the Pav and the month’s line-up has been announced

Santy has come early this year.
The day has finally come when live music returns to the Pavilion Theatre on Carey’s Lane.
Since its re-opening, the iconic venue has flexed its multi-purpose muscles, transforming from cinema to dance floor for late-night cocktails and dancing, with fans of the bar anxiously awaiting the hour when bands would grace the stage once more.
As of today, punters will have the pleasure of experiencing live music as part of the venue’s line-up- with Cork band The Flames dusting off the mics from 10pm until midnight.
“We’re thrilled to be introducing live music at The Pav this month, along with some top-notch DJ sets and some unmissable Christmas classics,” said the Pav on Instagram.

Other bands which will feature in this month’s line up include: Stuart Wild and the Birdman, Kate O’Connor Band, Runway Retros, The Nameless, Live Lizzy and Dirty Sexy Money.
Upbeat reggae band The Light Runners will rock the stage for St Stephen’s Day followed by a set by DJ Roscoe until late. The bar will also be open for New Year’s Eve, with a screening of The Great Gatsby from 3pm, live music from The Service at 10pm and a late night set by DJ Cillian Moore until 2am.
