Feel the love at this coffee shop storytelling evening on Barrack Street

Calling all Cork City wordsmiths, storytellers, and singers.
This coming Friday, July 19th, is your chance to take centre stage at IMBAS, a vibrant monthly open mic night happening at Alchemy Coffee and Books on Barrack Street.
IMBAS, a monthly get-together, kicks things off at 7pm with a unique twist – a “healing poem from the land” to set the tone.
Following this, the spotlight shines on this month’s featured artist, Toni Walters, a poet and artist who writes and speaks with the wisdom of “The Love Crone.”
But the real magic starts in the second half, where the mic is wide open for anyone to share their voice. Whether you’re a seasoned performer or a nervous newbie, IMBAS welcomes all levels and styles.
