Dust off the barbecue: Met Éireann says temperatures could soar to 18C this weekend

We are so ready for some extended sunshine.
And it looks like we could be enjoying an extra dose of Vitamin D this weekend, with forecasters predicting that temperatures could warm to a balmy 18C.
According to Met Éireann, any mist patches will clear this morning to leave a dry and mostly sunny day, becoming hazy at times in the afternoon.
“Feeling pleasant for most with highest afternoon temperatures of 13 to 16 degrees, cooler however near the coasts with highs of just 10 to 12 degrees due to moderate to fresh onshore southeasterly breezes.” said a forecaster.
High pressure will dominate the weather pattern through the weekend bringing dry & settled conditions.
