Dublin Gardaí seize treasure trove of alcohol stolen from Cork

The alcohol was stolen in Cork and transported all the way to Dublin.
Over 60 bottles of spirits stolen from Cork last weekend were retrieved by Gardaí in the Dublin 7 region.
The haul included several bottles of Jameson, Hennessy, Smirnoff, Teelings Whiskey, Proclamation Whiskey, and champagne. Two people have been arrested in connection with the theft.
On Twitter, the Garda Info account wrote: “Gardaí attached to the Bridewell Community Policing Unit obtained a search warrant to seize alcohol in Dublin 7.
“The alcohol was stolen from Cork on Saturday 7th August, 21. Two suspects arrested and bailed to appear before court.”

The Gardaí have not specified exactly where the alcohol had been stolen from, but we’re sure whomever it is will be looking forward to getting it back.
