Doggie Ice Cream has landed at Aldi (and just in time for the warm spell)

Attention, pet parents and canine companions.
With temperatures set to hit up to 25C this week, the summer season just got cooler at Aldi.
In news that is sure to set tails wagging, the supermarket has announced the arrival of Doggie Ice Cream in its 160 stores nationwide.
Priced at €3.99 for a pack of four pots, four-legged friends can get involved in the ice cream action with a choice of two delicious flavours: Pea & Vanilla and Carrot & Apple.
The Doggie Ice Cream is 100% plant-based and boasts real fruit and vegetables, meaning it’s a nutritious snack as well as a refreshing treat during the warm weather.
With searches of #dogicecream hitting 36.3m views on TikTok alone, Aldi’s version could not have arrived at a better time.
John Curtin, Group Buying Director at Aldi Ireland, said: “We are delighted to confirm the arrival of the Doggie Ice Cream to stores throughout Ireland, a snack that is tasty, nutritious, and cooling for dogs to enjoy.”
Aldi’s Langham’s Doggie Ice Cream will be available in the freezer aisle and can be found in Aldi Cork stores now, for a limited time only, while stocks last.
