Ballycotton is officially gone to the dogs.

The East Cork fishing village is planning a weekend of fundraising to raise money for two animal charities – and there’s a ton of fun in store.

It all kicks off with Rock ‘n’ Roll Bingo on Saturday night, April 7th. The game, which will see bingo numbers replaced with music, begins in Blackbird at 9.30pm.

The next day offers the perfect opportunity to blow off some cobwebs with a Dog Walk on Sunday, April 8th.

Grab your canine companion and join the effort in Ballycotton Village at 11am.

The ‘Barking Mad’ fundraising weekend in aid of DAWG and Cobh Rescue Horses is open to everyone so make a note of it if you’re up for a seaside spin in aid of an excellent cause.
