Ready to start shedding those lockdown pounds?
A spot of exercise is as good for your brain as it is for your body, so now is an excellent time to square away an hour for a little at-home workout.
Let’s be honest… there’s not a lot else going on.
Now you can enjoy the best of tuition completely free of charge too, thanks to an Eight Week At Home Fitness Classes with Irish National Marathon champion Aoife Cooke, organised by and for Cork’s LGBT+ Sporting Community.
The series, which runs on Zoom every Tuesday night at 7.30pm, was developed as a collaboration between the Gay Project, the Cork Hellhounds Rugby Club, Frontrunners Cork Running Club, Cork Rebels Football Club and the Gay Ramblers Hillwalking Club.
We’re back for Week 2 of the At Home Fitness Classes tomorrow night. Register here 👉 https://t.co/4vCzZ5hIrN

“Whether your goal is to lose some lockdown pounds, get some exercise into your week or build on your existing New Year New You training, this will really help,” they say.
Classes are completely free and you can book in advance here.
