Cork’s first cereal café is here (and they’re open for breakfast)

Lucky Charms or Reeses Puffs?
If you’re a dedicated cereal aficionado, your dream breakfast venue is now open in Cork: the city’s first cereal café launched this weekend, “serving rare American cereals and various cooked oats options”.
Crunchy Hut is serving up cereal by the bowlful in the Marina Market on Centre Park Road.

If you were limited to Weetabix and Bran Flakes as a kid, now you can order the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Churros, Oreo ‘Os’, or try a bowl of Dunkin’ Cereal Mocha Latte flavour – made with real Dunkin’ Coffee.
If you fancy a health boost you can plump for oats or add fresh fruit to your chosen cereal, or if you’re feeling wild you can drench the whole thing in Kinder Bueno sauce – you’re a grown-up now and nobody can stop you, right?

Either way, it’s an excellent way to get your day off to a super sugary start.
Crunchy Hut is open in the Marina Market every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 4pm.
