Cork Podcast Festival returns in August with four shows already announced

The line-up is looking good.
Fans of The Blindboy Podcast, Off The Ball, And Another Thing and Left On Read will be able to catch a live recording of their favourite podcasts at the second annual Cork Podcast Festival.
Running from Tuesday, August 22nd to Sunday, August 27th, 2023 the festival is bringing together some of the most innovative and thought-provoking podcasters from across Ireland.
“The Blindboy Podcast is a fascinating exploration of contemporary Irish society and culture, hosted by the enigmatic Blindboy Boatclub. Off The Ball is a must-listen for sports fans, featuring in-depth analysis of the latest developments in the world of sport.” said a festival insider.
Meanwhile Instagram sensation Julie Haynes aka Twins N’ Me and TV producer Brenda Dennehy, also known as Brenda’s Bits, co-host the podcast Left On Read, a fun and informative show that explores the world of online dating where they offer insights and tips on everything from creating a profile to navigating the first date, while also sharing their own experiences and anecdotes.

“Muireann O’Connell and Emma Doran’s podcast And Another Thing is a hilarious and irreverent show that covers a wide range of topics, from pop culture and current events to personal anecdotes and experiences,” they added.
