A new Pistachio Matcha Velvet Latte has arrived at Starbucks on Opera Lane, giving shoppers one more reason to pause, sip, and savour something tasty while hitting the January sales.

Back by popular demand, the Pistachio Oat Velvet Latte returns to the winter menu after making its debut in 2025 and quickly becoming a favourite among both baristas and customers.

“This winter, we’re elevating the experience even further with the new Pistachio Matcha Velvet Latte — a fresh twist on a fan-loved classic.” a Starbucks spokesperson said.

Food wise, they’re saying goodbye to Turkey and Stuffing and welcoming Kimchi and Hot Honey.

“We’re also bidding farewell to Mince Pies and saying hello to more Pistachio indulgence, cutesy Cake Pops, and delicious Donuts.” they added.

A three-shot kinda month

“To strengthen our coffee credentials this season, we’re also introducing a bold, coffee-forward new beverage.” they added.

Ristretto Bianco, crafted with three Starbucks Blonde Ristretto shots paired with whole milk, is a short-size-only drink that delivers “a perfectly balanced coffee-to-milk ratio” for true coffee lovers.

“While it may look similar, Ristretto Bianco is not a Flat White — it’s a distinct experience designed to spotlight the intensity and sweetness of ristretto shots.”
