Roasted cauliflower, anyone?
Ireland AM’s regular chef Jack O’Keeffe — the culinary wizard behind Duck Á l’Tanora — will be giving a free live cookery demo at the Marina Market this weekend, where he’ll spill the beans (and the herbs, and the spices) on creating stunning veggie dishes.
The Plant Forward demo on Saturday, January 27th at 12 noon in The Farmshop will see Jack transform veggies into masterpieces.
The menu for the demo features a delicious harissa and nut butter roasted cauliflower paired with young broccoli and herby bulgur wheat. Yum.
