Someone’s Christmas just got a whole lot more jolly.

The winner of last night’s €10.7m Lotto jackpot is a Cork ticketholder.

One winner scooped the entire amount, with the winning numbers 09, 12, 22, 28, 35, 47 and bonus number 37. The details of where the ticket was purchased will be released by the National Lottery before the weekend.

If you’re the lucky ticketholder, the advice is to sign the back of your ticket immediately and contact the Lotto HQ to organise the next steps.

“With a jackpot win of this amount, it is important that we take some time to inform the winning retailer and of course to give the winning ticketholder the time and space they need to let this amazing win sink in so we will be announcing the winning store in the coming days.” said a National Lottery spokesperson.
