Can you help a Cork toddler find her beloved missing dolly?

Off for a stroll in town today?
If you’re headed in the direction of Fitzgerald’s Park, a local mum would appreciate your help in locating a precious toy that was lost in the area on Monday.
Eileen O’Callaghan got in touch with Yay Cork to ask readers if they might keep their eyes peeled for a dolly named Mary Kate, which Abbie, her toddler, adorably refers to as ‘Mae Mae Kay’.
“My daughter, 18th months, has a favourite doll. We were in UCC, riverwalk, and Fitzgerald Park today and we have lost her.” Eileen told us.
The medium-sized cuddly toy has brown hair tied in pigtails, brown eyes, and white polka dot babygro.
Unfortunately, the doll, a Little Town Plush Doll sold in Aldi stores, is no longer available to purchase so replacing it isn’t an option.
“She’s really missing her,” added Eileen.
Eileen and Abbie are hoping a kindly walker may have picked up the doll and put it somewhere safe. If you’ve spotted it, email editor@yaycork.ie.
