Bring a book, take a book.
That’s the simple ethos behind the latest pop-up library to appear in a Cork village.
No larger than a cupboard, Castlemartyr’s Free Little Library is a miniature library where locals can drop off whatever books they are finished reading and choose a new title to take home.
Created by Castlemartyr Family Carers and Disability Group, the colourful hut is one of a number of teeny tiny libraries dotted around the county.
Saw another real cute ‘Free Little Library’ in Castlemartyr #Cork yesterday
I love how these wee gems are popping up in the most random of places ❤📚

Other exchanges are in operation in Upper Glanmire, Clonakilty, on Stephen’s Street in Cork City and Ballincollig’s Regional Park.
We can’t get enough of them.
