An iconic Cork restaurant named its new cocktails after three local couples

Now this is customer appreciation.
Jacobs on the Mall has been a Cork dining institution for 20 years and now the South Mall eatery has honoured some of its most valued customers… by naming a trio of new cocktails after them.
Three couples who have been eating at Jacobs since the beginning now have their very own drink on the menu.
The Carrolls, The Lantrees and The Dohertys have a permanent place in the Jacob’s story – one that we can all enjoy alongside this week’s specials such as the goose and the monkfish with lemon and mustard crème fraîche – a menu expertly designed by Cork’s favourite chef Trisha Lewis and her brilliant team.
Other new additions include the ‘Miss Rosie Pimm’s’ (pictured above), the ‘Under the Limit’, made with Seedlip non-alcoholic gin – the perfect treat when you’re driving, ‘The King of the Mall’, the ‘Belvedere Bubbles’ and a saucy Pornstar Martini.
Jacobs on the Mall run a set menu every night with three courses for €29.95 and an early bird for €25, so there’s no need to wait for a special occasion to enjoy a splurge.
Word to the wise: Don’t miss the Apple Crumble.
