The kids will love this.
In fact, there’s many a Lego-loving grown-up who will be thrilled to discover that an all-day Lego event is happening in Cork on Sunday, February 2nd, 2020.
Organised by Lim Brick City and Limerick AFOLs (Adult Fans of Lego), a like minded group of Lego enthusiasts based in the Limerick region, the event is headed to Cork’s Clayton Hotel on Lapp’s Quay for a day of family fun, demonstrations, workshops and competitions from 11am until 5pm.
A Lego and Duplo play area will be set up for the day, with Speedbuild competitions open to Cork’s most dedicated brick builders.
Little visitors will enjoy face painting and Lego themed colouring sheets and you can stock up on important bits and pieces for your own collection in the Lego vendors area or check out the amazing custom models on display for inspiration.
The event is also partnered with the Limerick Autism Group (LAG) to make it a socially inclusive and fully accessible event. LAG will create a sensory area and safe zone at the venue and volunteers will be on hand to help all day.
Tickets are €4 per child and €10 per adult here.
