Brought to you by An Sibín.
Off out for a pint?
If it’s bia, deoch, craic and ceol you’re seeking this Easter bank holiday weekend, you’ll find it all inside Cork’s newest pub.
Boasting a fascinating interior decked out with some serious local memorabilia, photographs and antiques from old Ireland, An Sibín is the latest addition to Cork’s thriving hospitality roster.
And the craic is guaranteed to be mighty; starting with a bang, there’s a full schedule of traditional music planned from 5pm every evening, all weekend.
If you’re going to go the distance you’ll be needing some proper soakage and this is where An Sibín outshines the traditional pub; the grub is a few steps above the ‘ole toastie in a basket.

You can enjoy your meal alfresco in the comfy covered outdoor area on Princes Street, or even pick up a take-out lunch midweek to indulge ‘al-desko’.
