Springtime is finally in sight.

And if you’re beginning to think about tidying up the back garden for the warm evenings ahead, keep an eye on the treasures aisle in your local Aldi this week.

The supermarket has confirmed that the ever-popular Hanging Egg Chair is returning to stores from Thursday, March 3rd, 2022.

A perennial favourite among Aldi customers, the €199.99 chair has achieved icon status over the last few years and become a familiar sight on Instagram feeds.

“Not only is it cosy and cute, but it is easy to assemble and takes up minimal space – making it perfect for any size garden or balcony.” said an Aldi spokesperson.

“Moreover, the pod-like shape means it’s tailor-made for those days when you want to lay low and relax.

If previous releases are anything to go by, it won’t be hanging around very long so mark your calendar if you fancy getting your hands on one this year.
