A well-known veggie food truck is taking over a Kinsale café for a fun cocktail collab
Expect some big veg energy.
Well-known food truck Meb’s Veg is taking over at The Collector in Kinsale for an evening of delicious plant-based food and tasty cocktails.
The collab is happening on Sunday, September 1st, 2024 at the café, No 3 Market Lane, Kinsale, from 5pm until 8pm (or until everything sells out).
“Meadhbh will be dishing up some of her famous plant-based bites (she’s known for her veggie bánh mì’s and other delicious bits) to enjoy alongside our glorious cocktails.” the Collector crew told us.

“We’ll even have a featured selection of our signature sips that will be served in our super cute Chika sake cups that you can take home with you (as long as they’re available)!”
You can pre-book your cocktail (€10) here and bring your purchase record with you to redeem. You can also walk in on the evening but pre-booking is advised.
