This summer, Schweppes is bringing the Schweppes Summer Spritz pop-up to 30 bars nationwide, visiting Cork on various dates during the coming weeks.

Irish mixologist Cal Byrne has curated a menu of three Summer Spritz drinks to be served at a pop-up event where mixologists will run through the cocktail-making process with guests who will then get to enjoy their Schweppes Summer Spritz of choice, with the first 100 drinks on Schweppes.

These are the Cork bars taking part: 

• Soho: 24th June 6pm-8.30pm
• Electric: 25th June 6pm-8.30pm
• Dwyers of Cork: 30th June 6.30pm-9pm
• The Courtyard on Sober Lane: 1st July 6pm-8.30pm
• The Oliver Plunkett: 2nd July 6pm-8.30pm
• The Garden at Barrys of Douglas: 3rd July 6pm-8.30pm

“Consumers can decorate their Spritz with Instagrammable garnishes and enter a competition to win a prize by sharing a photo of their creation on social. Simply tag @schweppesireland and the bar location to be in with a chance to win up to €100 voucher for the bar.” they told us.

The spritz will contain Schweppes’ newest creation, Schweppes Pink Soda Water, which they tell us pairs perfectly with gin, vodka or rosé. It’s guilt-free too; Schweppes Pink Soda Water is just 20 calories per 100ml.
