Orlando Bloom said it’s the best he’s ever tasted.

And now the Grand Parade’s Three Fools Coffee has opened a new spot in Carrigaline, so locals can get a bit of celebrity-endorsed caffeine without travelling into town.

Owners Gary McKeating and Kevin Foley have brought their laid-back vibe and top-notch brews to their hometown for the first time.

The new café is a popular new addition to Millstream Lane (find the Go Plus shop and head down the lane on the left just beyond it).

With high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and loads of seating indoors and outdoors, the new shop stocks coffee beans, mugs, and pots as well as a selection of pastries made by Wildflour in Innishannon.

While you’re there, pick up a bag of their delicious Christmas Coffee, a natural process coffee from Finca El Manzano in El Salvador with notes of chocolate, caramel, and candied orange.

Three Fools Coffee opens from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday in Carrigaline.
