A much-loved West Cork bakery is heading for the city this week

By Yay Cork January 7, 2026January 7, 2026

Run, don’t walk.

Inishannon’s Wildflour bakery has announced two rare Cork City pop-ups this week.

The revered purveyors of organic sourdough bread, handmade pastries and Stone Valley coffee are currently remodelling their café so they’re hitting the road to show city slickers what they’re missing.

“Given that we are closed in Innishannon we’re going to pop up the stall at Mahon Point Market on Thursday and Douglas Market on Saturday.” owner Chris Fahy announced on Instagram.

“To all our Cork city fans, see you there.”

Swing by early to sample their epic cinnamon buns, cruffins, pain au chocolates and donuts – they won’t last a hot second on the stall.
