The locals are fierce excited.
Coffee fans in Turner’s Cross have been abuzz over the weekend after the signage for a much-loved coffee shop appeared over an empty retail unit.
Some Dose Coffee Co., which does a roaring trade in top-notch brews and baked goodies at Hanley’s Garden Centre in Frankfield, is opening its second spot in the area.
Absolutely unbelievable scenes in Turners Cross as we are finally getting a cafe, thus confirming Turners Cross as The Greatest Place on Earth. pic.twitter.com/SOKvJbnZXd

The famous pink and blue logo has been proudly painted on the facade, and despite a little hiccup with the painting (it’s slightly wonky, but TBH you’d barely notice), the café will be announcing an opening date soon.

Confirming the news on Instagram, Some Dose Coffee Co. owner Jarryd Kotze, who runs the business with his wife Tamzyn, invited local coffee lovers to take a selfie in front of the current shop, then produce the photo on opening day to avail of a half-price cuppa.
Using freshly ground Roasted Brown beans from Delgany, Co. Wicklow, Some Dose will continue serving up their delicious caffeinated beverages and a variety of baked goodies at Hanley’s from Tuesday – Saturday: 8am-4:30pm and on Sundays from 9am to 4pm.
