A local artist sells his back catalogue in a ‘deeply personal’ drive to raise funds for Gaza

Looking for a gift with meaning?
If you’re planning on treating an art lover (or yourself) to a new piece this Christmas, there’s a special collection to check out.
Rathcormac-based artist Dermot Browne is offering much of his artistic back-catalogue for sale in order to generate funds for those working to alleviate the suffering on the ground in Gaza.
The artist has long been a supporter of the Palestinian people making a difference on the ground in Gaza, including Peabody award-winning journalist Bisan Owda, and dentist Dr. Abdallah H. Abdou. Bisan is helping to distribute much needed medical and hygiene supplies in Gaza and Dr. Abdallah is rebuilding his dental clinic in Gaza.

Browne has announced that all of the original pieces in his Lost walls collection are now available to buy, with prints available too. You can browse the selection of strikingly beautiful artwork for sale here.
“I’m offering all of these works with 70 per cent of the funds going to these verified and worthy causes through an innovative VR gallery system. (100 per cent on available prints of the same works).” Browne told us.
Browne is partnering with The Bigger Picture on North Main Street in Cork City who will print the Limited Edition prints.
